Refund Policy

For every products, there is a free replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If the item shipped is defective or does not match the description, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We make sure that all issues are resolved.
For Faulty and defective products please send us the images and videos at support@Eleganceland.com.
Please Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product

If 15 days have gone by the time of product purchase, we won’t be able to offer exchanges or refunds.

For Refunds: Used products or damaged products by customers are not eligible for refunds. We request your Return Authorization number by email, with detailed reason for return with images or videos of the item that supports your reason. Use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for missing package. Shipping charges are beared by customers as we don’t cover that. Upon examining the condition, a refund will be issued.
If the item is not in original condition or is damaged then it is not eligible for a refund.
Check your bank account if refunds haven’t been received. Contact your bank, because there are certain processing times before refunds are posted.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed there is no option for cancellation. No refund will be issued in such cases.
